Music in the House and BridgeClimb

Several lucky prize winners from Support Act's annual Music in the House event were part of a three and a half hour 'Early Twilight' climb along the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge recently. The participants had all won BridgeClimb tickets as part of the MITH function, held annually at Sydney’s Parliament House, and were accompanied by singer Jade MacRae.

The group chose a climb that started just before four in the afternoon, which meant they also saw the city nightscape light up as the sun went down. However, there was an extra and unplanned bonus as the City of Sydney’s Vivid festival program was unfolding below. The group had the stunning backdrop of the Opera House sails, lit up by Brian Eno’s lightshow as part of his Luminous festival, to accompany them on the way back down.

Support Act would like to acknowledge BridgeClimb for its support of Music in the House and in helping Support Act raise funds.

2009’s Music in the House takes place September 30th.
