FROM THE CHAIR
In the current economic climate we know that 2010 will be a tough year for Support Act with increasing applications for assistance whilst being faced with chasing diminishing charity dollars and no Government funding being received.
However, with the goodwill and support of many wonderful people who give freely of their time and energy, we are confident that Support Act is in a position to face the challenges ahead and if you know of a musician or member of the music industry who needs our help, then we would appreciate if you could please urge them to make contact with our National Welfare Co-ordinator, Lindy Morrison, whose contact details are available on the Support Act web site. Details of all applications are confidential and all applicants are treated with respect and a commitment to help.
Details of our various State fundraising activities for 2010 will appear on the Events page on the website and we need your help by attending the events (which include the Debonairs’ monthly lunches) and we trust you don’t mind if we email you with specifics relating to fundraisers in your State.
Thank you once again to all our supporters…your ongoing commitment to Support Act’s objectives is sincerely appreciated.
